When it comes to Ayurveda, there is no such thing as one size fits all. Recognising the uniqueness of each of us with differing tendencies and constitutions, Ayurveda takes an entirely individual approach to health and wellbeing, using easy, safe and cheap tools to achieve a balance between your body, mind and emotions, such as diet, herbal remedies, detoxification, massages, yoga, meditation and daily routine.
The session will start by introducing you to the concept and principles of the ancient science of Ayurveda, the five great elements, their qualities and the concept of Doshas- your Ayurvedic DNA. We will focus on discovering your individual constitution and understanding the causes of any imbalance. We will discuss how to use food as medicine as well how to improve your well-being by making a simple yet vital changes in your daily routine. This workshop is aimed to make you feel inspired and equipped with the knowledge you need to start your own journey of self-healing.
